Description
Prerequisite: Courses must be taken in order and can only be taken once; This on credit activity course will address issues of health and wellness through a variety of fitness/physical active movements. Each class will provide an opportunity to learn about personal strengths and areas to make improvements to Specific techniques and approaches will be routine in this class to emphasize maintaining and improving one's health through cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training in a setting that is women only. Once this course is passed students can move up to the next level.
