Description
This one credit activity course will address issues of health and wellness through a variety of fitness/physical activity movements. Each class will provide an opportunity to learn about improvements to health. Specific techniques and approaches will be routine in this class to emphasize health through prescribed cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training in a setting that is women only. Once move up to the next level.
