Description
Prerequisite: Courses must be taken in order and can only be taken once. This one credit activity course will address issues of health and wellness through a variety of fitness/physical activity movements, each class will provide an opportunity to learn about personal strengths and areas to make improvements to health. Specific techniques and approaches will be routine in this class to emphasize maintaining and improving one's health through prescribed cardiovascular, strength and flexibility training in a setting that is men only. Once this couirse is passed students can move up to the next level.
